Q:  How soon can I bring my puppy to school?

A:  Puppies can come to school one week after they have had their second set of vaccinations, usually around 12 weeks of age.  They must also be clear of parasites.

Q:  How do I register for a class?

A:  In order to be placed on a class list, you must submit 1) a completed, signed, registration form, 2) payment in the form of cheque, cash, money order, VISA or MasterCard, and 3) a copy of your dog's proof of vaccination.

Q:  What do I need to bring to my class?

A:  Don't forget your dog's favourite treats.  Your dog should be wearing a flat buckle collar and a six foot leash.  Head halters are recommended for those over-zealous social butterfly types.  Please bring a change of shoes on the days when the weather is inclement. Oh yes, don't forget the dog!

Q:  Can I bring someone to class with me?

A:  Family members are welcomed to attend however children must be 5 and over to attend puppy classes and 10 and over to handle a dog in all other classes.  Children may not handle dogs that pull or out-weigh them.

Q:  May I observe a class before I register?

A:  We encourage it!  We would like you to make an appointment so the instructor of the class will be able to greet you.  Please make yourself at home and feel free to ask questions.

Q:  What is the cancellation policy?

A:  You may cancel no later than one week prior to the commencement of the class, and should you wish to cancel, a $40.00 administration fee applies.  Should you fail to start your class, or if you discontinue your class for any reason whatsoever, you may not transfer your registration to another session.

Q:  Does my dog receive a certificate?

A:  Yes, but you MUST be in attendance for your dogs graduation class. Unclaimed certificates are not kept on file.
