TERMS & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

 I agree to the following terms:  I will not hold Life’s Ruff, or any of its landlords, or any of their staff responsible for damage, loss, injury, illness or parasitic infestation to me or my dog.  I agree that the following conditions will result in forfeit of my position in the course and any unused portion of fees:  using abusive physical punishment, or failing to control my dog such that my dog bites a person or another dog.  I understand that the course price is a per-person price and that once registration has been received by this office, I understand that the course price is non-refundable. I agree that should I wish to discontinue the course for ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, that I may not transfer my registration to another course date, and no refund or credit will apply and that there are no exceptions.  I understand that before attending a Pet First Aid Course, I must provide: 1) my dog’s most recent proof of vaccination and,  2) payment, together with this completed form in order to reserve a space in the course.  I understand that I may not participate without provision of these documents.  I agree to pay Life’s Ruff a $40.00 fee should my cheque be returned for any reason whatsoever.  I accept complete responsibility for my own dog. I understand this is a course that includes quiet friendly dogs, and that should my dog show aggression toward a person, I will be asked to leave and will not be eligible for any refund.  I understand that my dog must be spayed or neutered.*  I agree not to use a retractable lead is not permitted inside the classroom.  I agree that my Pitbull or Pitbull-type dog will be muzzled at all times while on the property and that the Director’s interpretation of the breed will be binding.  I give Life’s Ruff the right to use any pictures(s) taken during the courses for advertising purposes.

* these exceptions apply: puppies up to 7 months of age or assessment of intact dogs.
